Reverse engineering and full production planning of a WAHL Clipper U-Clip hair clipper (pets). Tearing down a real consumer appliance to rebuild every document needed to manufacture it from scratch: company hypothesis, BOM, production flow, assembly sheets and 3-level packaging.

Wahl Clipper Corporation is a US company founded in 1919 (HQ: Sterling, Illinois). ~1,500 employees, presence in roughly 165 countries.
Wahl Argentina started operations in July 2001 as the first Wahl Clipper Corporation subsidiary in Latin America. It originally operated in Buenos Aires under a marketing-and-sales profile, and from August 2005 added local manufacturing.
For the exercise we assumed the Argentine subsidiary had the productive capacity to take on the assembly and packaging of the U-Clip model.
